Tour Itinerary

Day 01 :- Delhi Arrival

Upon arrival at the airport, our representative will meet you and provide you with a comfortable transfer to the hotel and help you with the check-in process. Here freshen up and get ready for Delhi sightseeing after some rest. In your evening Delhi sightseeing tour you visit the magnificent Akshardham Temple and enjoy the sound and light show at the Red Fort. Overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 02 :- Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast visit Red Fort and Jama Masjid. Next guide will set up a cycle rickshaw tour so you can explore Chandni Chowk and the bygone era. You'll later see the Qutub Minar, which dates back to the 12th century and Humayun's Tomb. After that, the car will be used to see the majestic avenues and structures such as Rashtrapati Bhawan (President's Residence), the former imperial home of the British viceroys and India Gate.

Day 03 :- Delhi - Jaipur

After breakfast drive to Jaipur also known as Pink City. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and freshen up. Afterwards you can explore the market of Jaipur or you can rest at the hotel room. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 04 :- Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast get ready to visit Pink City Jaipur. The entire city of Jaipur was painted pink by Maharaja Ram Singh because the colour pink was associated with hospitality. The pink hue that permeates the city creates an amazing spectacle. You will go on an excursion to Amer Fort during this time when you are as fresh as ever in the morning. This four-story castle is situated next to the glistening Maota Lake. Visit the UNESCO-listed Jantar Mantar space observatory and the Maharaja's City Palace thereafter. After that, make a photo stop at Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds.
After attractions, take some time to explore the bustling bazaars of Pink City. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 05 :- Jaipur - Agra

In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel in Jaipur and head towards Agra en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri - the abandoned village, to see the beautifully designed structures and sock in the historical significance of this remarkable site. 
Upon arrival check in to the hotel and get ready for Agra sightseeing. Here you visit majestic Itmad-Ud-Daulah and Agra Fort- crafted with red sandstone. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06 :- Agra - Khajuraho

Early in the morning, get ready to visit the sunrise view of the Taj Mahal, built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife. Afterward, return to the hotel for breakfast and check out for your next departure to Khajuraho.
Take a flight to this Khajuraho, renowned for its stunning temples adorned with intricate carvings, including erotic and sensuous sculptures. Upon arrival, our representative will greet you and arrange a transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel. 
Note: The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.

Day 07 :- Khajuraho Sightseeing

After breakfast start your sightseeing with the awe-inspiring Khajuraho temple complex, renowned for its architectural grandeur and cultural significance. The Western and Eastern temples represent excellent examples of India's artistic and cultural heritage.
Admire the intricate carvings and sculptures that grace these religious temples, considered one of the world's most remarkable artistic wonders. After exploring, head back to the hotel for a night stay.

Day 08 :- Khajuraho - Varanasi

Today, after breakfast at the hotel, check out and embark on a journey to the sacred city of Varanasi, known as the spiritual capital of India. On arrival check into the hotel and take a rest. 
Later set out to explore Sarnath, this important site holds historical and religious significance as it is the place where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. After a fulfilling day, return to your hotel in Varanasi for an overnight stay.

Day 09 :- Varanasi Sightseeing

Start your day with breakfast and then embark on a mesmerizing boat ride along the sacred river Ganga. While immersing yourself in the spiritual atmosphere of Varanasi, witness the morning rituals and traditions taking place at the many temples located along the river banks. After the boat ride, visit the iconic Vishwanath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and experience its divine aura.
In the evening, be a part of the enchanting Ganga Aarti ceremony held on the river bank. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and feel a deep connection with the divine. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10 :- Varanasi - Delhi - Departure

End your tour by departing from Varanasi and returning to Delhi. After breakfast, you will be transferred to Delhi airport on time for your onward flight.

Booking Guidelines

After choosing your preferred itinerary, all you have to do to reserve your spot is send a deposit of 10% plus the cost of each booking for the train and airfare. Do your final payment when you arrive for the tour. 

Note: All airline booking and cancellation restrictions apply and full payment must be made at the time of booking for both domestic and international train tickets.

Cancellation Guidelines

Note: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers interruptions brought on by COVID-19. 

If you need to cancel the tour, you have up to 45 days before it starts. In that instance, your whole land deposit will be returned, along with any advance payments you made, within 14 business days.

Note: Domestic and international rail and plane tickets are not subject to cancellation and rebooking policies; only the land leg of the route is. 

Note: Full payment must be made at the time of booking for both domestic and international tickets. The specific airline and rail operator's cancellation, rebooking, and booking policies must also be followed. 

Should travel restrictions imposed by the government necessitate the cancellation of your trip, your deposit and any advance payments will be completely reimbursed towards a complimentary future tour with us.

45 days before the tour's start date:
If you have to cancel a trip after it has begun for whatever reason, we are not obligated to reimburse you for any unused services. Golden Triangle Tours In India will try our best to get back as much of your money as possible on your behalf or arrange a credit for future use.

You shall be responsible for and obligated to pay for any expenses incurred by cancellation or modification made between thirty days before the start date of the tour and the end date of the tour within twenty-four hours of the modification. 

If the tour needs to be rescheduled or postponed for any reason other than illness or COVID-19, we are not obligated to pay you for any unused services. Golden Triangle Tours In India would try our best to get back as much of your money as possible on your behalf or arrange a credit for future use. You are accountable for any related expenses, which need to be covered within a day.

Single Traveller Supplement

Either at the time of purchase or no later than 45 days before the travel date, customers must provide valid passport details. The reservation may be canceled if this isn't done. Customers will be in charge of any associated costs and fees in this case.

Please provide information from a valid passport. Customers must supply valid passport information at the time of purchase or no later than 45 days before the departure date. If this isn't done, the reservation can be canceled. In this instance, customers will be responsible for any related expenses and fees.

Visa Requirements & Entries

All tourists entering India excluding natives of Nepal and Bhutan require a valid visa. The six-month validity of a tourist visa cannot be extended. Certain nationals can obtain a visa upon arrival, while others must apply online in advance. Except in certain cases, leaving on a tourist visa prevents you from returning within two months. Entrepreneurs and scholars are eligible for five-year visas. Some sites are off-limits to foreigners, and others require specific licenses.

Travel Insurance (International)

Travel insurance for overseas travel is meant to accompany you and assist you in making more informed travel choices. All travelers must obtain travel insurance, which must be purchased from their home country with a sum insured of at least USD 100,000. Insurance should be obtained before departure. Personal accidents, death, medical costs and emergency repatriation must all be covered by your insurance. It is highly recommended that you obtain coverage for personal responsibility, loss of luggage, cancellation and curtailment. Fifteen days before the tour begins, you have to give your policy number and the insurer's emergency contact information. You won't be able to go on the trip without these details.

Allowance for Baggage on Domestic Flights

You are responsible for all of your belongings during the tour. On domestic carriers, the standard weight limit for checked baggage is 15 kg, and the weight limit for carry-on luggage is 7 kg.

Required Fitness Level and Mobility

Unfortunately, because our automobiles are not wheelchair accessible, those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility cannot join us on trips anymore. 

Be aware that some level of general fitness will be needed for this. If you have any concerns, please see your healthcare provider before making any purchases or scheduling a vacation.

Sightseeing

Please note that if admission to a location is impacted by changes to working hours or public holiday closures, your itinerary may be adjusted, subject to availability, or a comparable activity may be provided in its place.

Voluntary Changes

This includes any requested changes you make to your reservation, such as reissuing an airline ticket or the Purchase Confirmation, among other things. 

Changes: $100.00 per reservation plus any additional costs imposed by the travel agency, airline, cruise company or hotel.

Name Changes Due To Passenger Error

In the event that Golden Triangle India Tours receives notification of an inaccurate name, there will be a $100.00 booking fee in addition to any additional fees levied by the airline, cruise line, lodging provider or other travel suppliers.
