The Arabian Sea's queen, Kochi, is where your Kerala adventure starts. Our staff will meet you at Kochi International Airport and take you to your opulent hotel. Visit St. Francis Church, India's oldest European church, take a leisurely stroll around Fort Kochi, where you may see the famous Chinese fishing nets, and peruse colorful art galleries, depending on when you arrive. Enjoy the tranquility of the seashore and historic beauty throughout the evening. Have dinner and spend the night at your Kochi hotel.
After breakfast, drive towards the beautiful hill station of Munnar. On the way, stop at the Kodanad Elephant Training Centre, where you can learn about traditional elephant care practices and conservation efforts. Resume your journey through the winding hilly roads dotted with tea estates, waterfalls, and spice plantations. On reaching Munnar, check in to your eco-luxury resort surrounded by lush green hills. Today is dedicated to exploring the best of Munnar. After a hearty breakfast, begin your sightseeing tour with the Tata Tea Museum, which reveals the history and processing of tea in the region. Next, visit the Mattupetty Dam, which is known for its beautiful lake and boating. Continue towards Echo Point, famous for its natural echo phenomenon, and Kundala Lake, where you can enjoy a peaceful paddle boat ride. Later, head towards Eravikulam National Park (depending on the season), home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr and the blooming Neelakurinji flowers (every 12 years). End the day with leisure time at your resort. Stay overnight in Munnar.
After breakfast depart for Thekkady, passing through spice plantations and dense forests. The journey is beautiful with the landscape changing from tea plantations to tropical forests. On arrival, check into your luxury jungle lodge or naturist resort. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided spice plantation tour, where you will see how cardamom, pepper, cinnamon and other spices are cultivated. Alternatively, attend a Kalaripayattu martial arts show or Kathakali dance performance in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Thekkady.
Wake up early for a memorable boat safari on the Periyar Lake inside the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. You can spot wild elephants, bison, sambar deer and many bird species along the lake shore. Later, take a nature walk inside the sanctuary or try bamboo rafting (optional). The rest of the day is free to relax at your resort's wellness center or enjoy an Ayurvedic massage. After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey, which is famous for its beautiful backwaters. On arrival, board a luxury private houseboat for an unforgettable overnight journey through the canals and lagoons. The houseboat is equipped with all the modern amenities and a dedicated crew. Enjoy freshly prepared meals consisting of local Kerala cuisine as you pass through paddy fields, coconut groves and village life. This is the most peaceful way to experience the landscape of Kerala. After disembarking from your houseboat, drive to Kumarakom, a peaceful backwater village located on the banks of the Vembanad Lake. Check in to your lakefront resort. Later, visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, which is home to a variety of migratory birds. You can also take a canoe ride or relax at the resort spa. The sunset over the Vembanad backwaters provides the perfect end to your day. Dinner and overnight stay in Kumarakom.
Enjoy a relaxing morning breakfast. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time to enjoy a short village walk or one last canoe ride before you check out. Your driver will then take you back to the Kochi airport for an onward flight, and your luxurious and soulful Kerala trip will come to an end.
After choosing your preferred itinerary, all you have to do to reserve your spot is send a deposit of 10% plus the cost of each booking for the train and airfare. Do your final payment when you arrive for the tour.

If you need to cancel the tour, you have up to 45 days before it starts. In that instance, your whole land deposit will be returned, along with any advance payments you made, within 14 business days.

Should travel restrictions imposed by the government necessitate the cancellation of your trip, your deposit and any advance payments will be completely reimbursed towards a complimentary future tour with us.

If you have to cancel a trip after it has begun for whatever reason, we are not obligated to reimburse you for any unused services. Golden Triangle Tours In India will try our best to get back as much of your money as possible on your behalf or arrange a credit for future use.
You shall be responsible for and obligated to pay for any expenses incurred by cancellation or modification made between thirty days before the start date of the tour and the end date of the tour within twenty-four hours of the modification.
If the tour needs to be rescheduled or postponed for any reason other than illness or COVID-19, we are not obligated to pay you for any unused services. You are accountable for any related expenses, which need to be covered within a day.

All tourists entering India excluding natives of Nepal and Bhutan require a valid visa. The six-month validity of a tourist visa cannot be extended. Travel insurance for overseas travel is meant to accompany you and assist you in making more informed travel choices. All travellers must obtain travel insurance, which must be purchased from their home country with a sum insured of at least USD 100,000. Insurance should be obtained before departure. Personal accidents, death, medical costs and emergency repatriation must all be covered by your insurance. It is highly recommended that you obtain coverage for personal responsibility, loss of luggage, cancellation and curtailment.
You are responsible for all of your belongings during the tour. On domestic carriers, the standard weight limit for checked baggage is 15 kg, and the weight limit for carry-on luggage is 7 kg.
Unfortunately, because our automobiles are not wheelchair accessible, those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility cannot join us on trips anymore.

Please note that if admission to a location is impacted by changes to working hours or public holiday closures, your itinerary may be adjusted, subject to availability, or a comparable activity may be provided in its place.

In the event that Golden Triangle India Tours receives notification of an inaccurate name, there will be a $100.00 booking fee in addition to any additional fees levied by the airline, cruise line, lodging provider or other travel suppliers.
