Tour Itinerary

Day 01 :- Arrival in Cochin - A Warm Southern Welcome

Upon landing at Cochin International Airport, you are greeted by our friendly attendants and comfortably escorted to your hotel. The rest of the day is for relaxing and enjoying the tranquil coastal atmosphere. If time permits, you can choose to take a sunset walk along the sea, wander the colonial streets of Fort Kochi or dine at one of the city's atmospheric heritage cafes. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 02 :- Exploring Cochin's Cultural Mosaic

Start your morning with a traditional Kerala breakfast before embarking on a guided city tour. Cochin's layered history is revealed through visits to the Dutch Palace with its remarkable frescoes, the Jewish Synagogue in Mattancherry and St. Francis Church, where Vasco da Gama was once buried. Explore the Chinese fishing nets and Portuguese houses of Fort Kochi. In the evening, watch a mesmerizing Kathakali dance performance, where skilled artists bring ancient stories alive with expressive movements and vibrant costumes. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 03 :- Cochin to Munnar – In the Land of Tea and Mist

Leave the coast behind when your journey takes you to Munnar, one of the most picturesque hill stations in India. The 4.5-hour scenic drive offers a visual experience with views of waterfalls, spice plantations and cloud-kissed valleys. On arrival, check into your serene resort located in a tea plantation. In the afternoon, visit the Tea Museum to gain insight into Munnar’s plantation heritage. In the evening, take a leisurely tour of the surroundings or simply enjoy the mountain air. Overnight in Munnar.

Day 04 :- Munnar – Wildlife, Greenery and Himalayan Breezes

Today, discover the natural side of Munnar with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, a haven for the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Walk along paved forest paths offering panoramic views of the Western Ghats. After this, return to the city for a leisurely lunch and explore local markets, visit rose gardens, or walk the nearby tea trails. You can also enjoy a cup of handmade tea on the veranda of your resort as the sun sets over the hills. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 05 :- Munnar to Thekkady – From the Tea Slopes to the Spice Hills

After a leisurely breakfast, head towards Thekkady – home to the famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. The drive (about 3-4 hours) passes through dense forests and spice-rich terrain. Upon arrival, check into a resort surrounded by lush greenery. The afternoon is free for relaxing, but you can also choose to take a village tour or a short walk to a solitary plantation. Overnight stay will be in Thekkady.

Day 06 :- Thekkady - Forest Walk and Spice Trail

Start the day with a guided nature walk in the outer reaches of the Periyar protected forest. Accompanied by a naturalist, you'll learn to identify rare trees, birds and animal tracks. Later, dive into Kerala's spice heritage during a private tour of the spice plantation - walk among cardamom bunches, pepper vines and cinnamon trees. This immersive experience showcases Kerala's agricultural heartland. Enjoy a peaceful evening with optional cultural programs or an invigorating Ayurvedic massage. Overnight in Thekkady.

Day 07 :- Thekkady to Alleppey - Journey on the Backwaters

After breakfast, drive to Alleppey (about 3.5 hours), where you'll board your private luxury houseboat. This unique floating home gently glides through Kerala's famous backwaters - a network of canals, lakes and rivers. Witness daily life in the shore villages, watch coconut farmers and fishing boats, and enjoy meals cooked by the onboard chef using fresh, local ingredients. The day passes slowly as the boat sails through serene water scenery. Overnight on the houseboat.

Day 08 :- Alleppey to Cochin – Leisure and Local Exploration

Disembark after breakfast and return to Cochin by road (about 1.5 hours). On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the day relaxing. You can visit Marine Drive, shop for local spices and handmade souvenirs, or revisit the galleries and cafes of Fort Kochi. This is a perfect day to reflect on your trip. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 09 :- Farewell to Kerala – Departure from Cochin

Enjoy your final breakfast at God’s Own Country. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a final walk or market stop. You will then be transferred to the airport, concluding your memorable journey through the hills, forests and waters of Kerala – a land where time moves slowly and the hospitality is always warm.
